We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Meatex Farms Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment and co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience in an administrative role;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word;
  • Excellent electronic mail and communication skills;
  • Ability to supervise 1-2 people.
