We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Techstar Business Consultancy Inc. as an Executive Office Coordinator.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset;
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat Reader is an asset;
  • Basic security clearance is required;

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
