As a Manager, Asset Management & GIS, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a corporate asset management system that supports the city's organizational objectives.

This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of asset management and geographic information systems (GIS). A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, planning, business, construction, real estate, project management, or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of 8 years' experience in ISO 55000 asset management best practices and a firm understanding of enterprise asset management applications/software systems, project, and organizational management within the public sector are necessary.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The city offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a monthly housing allowance, a defined benefit pension plan, and relocation assistance.
