This role as a Professional Conduct Administrator is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

Administration of Complaints Process
  • Assisting with advertisement creation and newsletter submissions for social media and website related to Professional Conduct
  • Serving as the main point of contact for professional conduct inquiries
  • Compiling and organizing investigation files, including intake records and correspondence
  • Handling basic inquiries via fax, phone, and email
  • Regularly updating Professional Conduct documents and registrant status
  • Ensuring online and paper files are accurate and organized
Registrant Communication
  • Processing complaints and updating registrants as required
  • CORRESPONDING WITH THIRD-PARTY INVESTIGATORS
  • Helping the public and registrants navigate the complaints process
  • Preparing and disseminating letters to involved parties
Statistical Reports
  • Preparation of Professional Conduct reports and other necessary documents
Administrative
  • Assistance in updating policies and procedures related to Professional Conduct
  • Updates to content on the website as needed
  • Maintenance of accurate records
  • Additional support to the committee and handling of additional projects as needed

This position is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months, with an estimated salary of $43,040 per year based on 75 hours worked per week at $34.00 per hour.
