The Public Prosecution Service of Canada is dedicated to upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice is served. As a Chief Prosecutor, you will play a vital role in the Canadian criminal justice system, working on a variety of prosecutions and gaining immediate trial experience.

About the Role

This position is located in Yellowknife, the regional headquarters of the Northwest Territories Regional Office (NWTRO). The NWTRO prosecutes all Federal and Criminal Code offences in the NWT, serving communities throughout the territory.

The immediate need is to staff two LP-01 Counsel positions and one LP-02 Counsel position on an indeterminate or specified period basis. As a successful candidate, you will have experience making appearances in court as counsel, articling student, or law student.
