Public Prosecution Service of Canada - Northwest Territories Regional Office

We are seeking experienced federal prosecutors to join our team in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. As a prosecutor, you will play a key role in upholding justice and ensuring public safety in the region.

The Northwest Territories Regional Office is responsible for prosecuting all federal and Criminal Code offences in the NWT. Our team actively reviews files of high-risk offenders and applies for dangerous or long-term offender status following conviction.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience making appearances in court as counsel, articling student, or law student. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
