Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and summarize Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from architects and institutions for the leadership team.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, including written responses, company/team profiles, fee calculations, and fee letters.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, create new marketing initiatives, and prepare background materials.
  • Manage and update the company's online presence, including website content and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the accuracy and organization of filing systems, including digital catalogues, files, and drawings.
  • Work collaboratively with staff members to meet project deadlines and develop strategies for computer and software needs.
  • Lead the Social Committee to plan company events, including office and family events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure success in this multi-faceted role.
