Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at the London Small Business Centre. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our staff and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Provide customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Own transportation.
  • Public transportation is available.
