Administrative Support Specialist

At Twice the Deal Pizza, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as needed, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all interactions with clients are professional and courteous.

Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
