Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Turan Financial. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with data entry and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Work Setting: Finance and insurance.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.

Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, quick learner.
