Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at the London Small Business Centre. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and clients
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents
  • Conduct research and perform data entry
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Maintain and manage digital databases

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
