$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, performing data entry, and overseeing administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment;
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Reliable and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
