We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Fox Factory in Atlantic Canada. As a Sales Representative – Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for building value and selling our branded vehicles to decision makers at Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, and Nissan franchise dealerships in a defined geographic territory.

With a proven background in business-to-business (B2B) sales and experience in the automotive industry, you will prospect and manage current accounts in-person on a weekly basis. Your goals will include growing topline revenue, maximizing revenue per vehicle, growing our dealer network, implementing best practices at existing dealerships, and managing all aspects of current active dealerships.

This is a home-based hybrid role that requires you to live and travel in the area where you sell, which includes New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. Overnight travel within your territory will be required to conduct face-to-face dealer meetings, with quarterly travel to Fox Factory facilities or other territories for training, team-building, or administrative purposes.

You can expect unlimited earning potential as our top sales managers actively pursue new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with decision makers at franchise dealerships. Our average sales managers make low-to-mid six figures, but commissions are uncapped, resulting in significant growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in dealership, upfitting, or aftermarket roles. Bi-lingual skills in English and French are strongly preferred, as are strong communication skills and the ability to navigate basic technology such as Microsoft's suite of products, CRMs, and web portals.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.
