Key Responsibilities- Presentation of wardrobe solutions to customers
- Creation of customer experiences that foster loyalty
- Feedback collection and communication with the Store Manager for service improvement
- Achievement of personal sales targets
- Maintenance of product knowledge and trends
- Merchandise presentation and regular store upkeep
- Receiving stock, processing transfers, and administrative duties
- Maintenance of all store areas, including the back room
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers find wardrobe solutions, strives to achieve targets, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in a retail setting is preferred.
