Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation of wardrobe solutions to customers
  • Creation of customer experiences that foster loyalty
  • Feedback collection and communication with the Store Manager for service improvement
  • Achievement of personal sales targets
  • Maintenance of product knowledge and trends
Operational Tasks
  • Merchandise presentation and regular store upkeep
  • Receiving stock, processing transfers, and administrative duties
  • Maintenance of all store areas, including the back room
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers find wardrobe solutions, strives to achieve targets, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in a retail setting is preferred.
