Business Development Representative

At Visiativ, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social networks
  • Qualify customer needs and requirements to meet minimum standards
  • Follow up with prospects and inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Route qualified opportunities to the Business Development Manager for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects through cold calling, marketing channels, and other tools
  • Understand monthly quota and partner with Business Development Managers to work backwards into quota

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B professional sales experience
  • Experience selling with cold calling into companies, preferably middle-market and enterprise-level
  • Experience working with a sales-related CRM
  • Proven track record of sales success, hitting quota, and understanding sales funnel metrics
