About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement effective office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls, electronic enquiries, and relay messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to support business processes.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, organization, accuracy, client focus, reliability, and time management.
Benefits and Compensation

Work Environment
