Support Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Manuke Xpress Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, taking minutes and distributing them to relevant parties.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm them with attendees.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Documentation: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Requirements- Language: Fluency in English.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
- Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
