Job Title: Office Management Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Office Management Assistant to join our team at Tax Wave Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating seminars, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Manage contracts
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fast-paced environment
