We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Godwit Law Office Professional Corporation.


This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and maintaining a high level of customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both manual and computerized
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by management

Requirements:



  • Diploma or certificate from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek
  • Ability to work in English
