Job Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bristlefront Global Ltd. as an Office Management Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and overseeing payroll administration.
- Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that our office is well-stocked and efficient.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information and office procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, client focus
Work Environment:
This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.
