We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reliance Accounting & Tax Services.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, requiring a 35 to 44 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings by arranging logistics and taking minutes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
