Job Description

VAN OVERSEAS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Lead a small team of office support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures
  • Coordinate office services such as equipment maintenance, supplies, and security
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment with a permanent position
  • Working hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Language: English

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
