About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth and success of our Enrollment Team. As an Enrollment Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 3-5 Enrollment Specialists, inspiring them to achieve 100% of their sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, motivating your team to excel in sales and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to drive scheduled calls and conversion rates.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the enrollment process.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, empowering team members to contribute their best.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their experience with us is exceptional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
- Embrace remote work, leveraging technology to enhance team connectivity and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership and sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Extensive experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the consulting industry and recruitment processes is a definite plus.

As an Enrollment Team Manager, success is measured by your team's ability to consistently meet and exceed enrollment targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll be responsible for driving the team's sales and client satisfaction performance and ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed in their consulting careers.
