Client Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementations and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality aspects of deliverables and implementation activities to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Engagement Performance: Monitor engagement performance and present the implementation success, challenges, and results in a consultative manner to stakeholders.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison with the client sponsor and steering committee to ensure successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.
- Project Review: Review project deliverables to satisfy scope, objectives, and business requirements, ensuring they meet the expected business outcomes.
- Service Alignment: Ensure services, project performance, and deliverables are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes.
- Client Team Management: Ensure your client team stays on schedule, meets deliverable deadlines, and is recognized for providing high-quality work and compelling results.
- Project Management Oversight: Provide project management oversight to ensure successful project execution.
- Sponsorship and Change Management: Build a sponsorship coalition to manage organizational change and identify and mitigate risks and other barriers for successful project execution.
- Client Team Guidance: Provide ongoing management and guidance to your assigned client team.
- Financial Management: Manage the overall profitability of your client implementations, including labor hours and expenses per the approved budget.
- Opportunity Identification: Ability to identify opportunities for future implementations, gather client requirements, and effectively communicate them to your internal client team.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple assigned projects and project managers.
- Decision-Making and Planning: Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction, utilizing strong and effective decision-making and project management skills.
