Role Overview: The Client Success team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes using VamosVentures' comprehensive suite of financial services and software.

As a Scaled Client Success Strategist II, you will utilize technology and established processes to support our clients at scale.

Being an early member of this role, you will need to be innovative and adaptable, contributing to the development of a premier scaled Client Success program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a mix of low-touch and high-touch clients, employing data, technology, and repeatable strategies to deliver business value.
  • Ensure clients can articulate the return on investment they have gained from VamosVentures at the conclusion of each subscription term.
  • Utilize Client Success and marketing automation platforms to engage with clients effectively.
  • Contribute to and evaluate scaled engagement strategies and playbooks.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks.
  • Monitor client accounts through various metrics, including product usage dashboards and account health indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with the Dedicated Support team to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally, identifying trends and providing feedback on how VamosVentures can enhance its services.
  • Possess specific industry or product knowledge relevant to the client segment you support.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrate comfort in interacting with a high volume of clients at various stages of their lifecycle.
  • Exhibit creativity and initiative, understanding client needs and becoming a trusted partner.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Have experience in developing successful email outreach initiatives.

Compensation: The expected total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $112,000 CAD to $140,000 CAD. The starting salary will be influenced by factors such as the candidate's location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal pay equity.

The OTE figure includes base salary and commissions, which may vary based on performance.
