Job Description:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Willingness to travel extensively and represent Scotiabank at industry events.
