About the Opportunity

This exciting role is based at our corporate headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, and reports directly to the President.

We are seeking a results-driven Executive with a minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in a channel-oriented, hardware-based, technology business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing global sales through channels, including OEMs, systems integrators, and distributors.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated sales leader to join our team and contribute to our company's strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver annual and monthly global sales forecasts and results that meet or exceed defined profitability targets
  • Foster a reliable sales pipeline and manage a backlog through optimized sales strategies
  • Grow existing accounts and projects, and increase our market footprint by qualifying and profitably converting new opportunities
  • Lead, build, and mentor a highly motivated sales team

This role also involves partnering with Marketing to ensure lead generation and promotional programs support our sales channels.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in a technology industry
  • Results-oriented, hands-on style with adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Leadership role in growing a midsized company and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales through various channels and enhance customer satisfaction
What We Offer

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
