Land Development and Municipal Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development and Municipal Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kingston and surrounding areas.
This role is designed for a Professional Engineer with 3+ years of experience in land development and municipal engineering. Key responsibilities include executing and reviewing storm, water, and wastewater design tasks, business development, and responding to proposal requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and review storm, water, and wastewater design tasks to ensure compliance with Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) and Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD).
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the land development and municipal engineering sector.
- Respond to proposal requests by providing detailed designs and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
- Design knowledge of roads and highways, site servicing, grading, and drainage to support project development and execution.
- Industry knowledge to competently respond to proposal requests and provide expert advice on land development and municipal engineering projects.
- Working knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario to ensure timely project delivery.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards, principals, practices, and techniques to deliver high-quality projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software design and modeling tools to create accurate and detailed designs.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications to ensure project accuracy and quality.
