INVISTA seeks a Mechanical Integrity Program Lead Specialist.
This role is based out of our plant in Kingston, Ontario. The selected individual will join an existing reliability team within the asset health organization. This specialist ensures the Mechanical Integrity Program is properly defined, implemented, maintained, and audited. They work primarily with fixed equipment assets in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure the immediate and long-term performance and optimization of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and executing inspection, quality assurance, and mechanical/structural integrity activities
  • Effectively managing multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Experience in Fixed Equipment Mechanical Integrity to include leading initiatives such as asset integrity programs, policies, procedures, and/or projects
  • Experience applying NDE techniques including radiography, ultrasonic inspection, dye penetrant inspection, and sensitive leak testing
