Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MESONS TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
