Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work in a team environment.
