Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Organized
  • Reliability
  • Ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work independently and attention to detail are essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
