Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Cabinet Arts Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the overall appearance and organization of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office moves.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other documents as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
