We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at LAE Printing. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain our calendar.
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members.
  • Compile data and statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant staff members or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems both manual and digital.
  • Type and proofread correspondence and other documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and staff.

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
