Cabinet Arts Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings and appointments.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
