Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Supervisor to join our team at 2287205 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transactions
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain records.
- Work Coordination
- Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks with team members.
- Supply Chain Management
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintenance and Repair
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Transportation and Travel
- Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability
- Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
