The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Description

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is an asset
