We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rapid Ground Xpress. This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.

Job Overview

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including typing and proofreading correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy.
  • Scheduling Appointments: The successful candidate will be able to schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved.
  • Maintaining Information Systems: The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for setting up and maintaining both manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 based on the location and industry standards. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
