Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sierah Immigration Corporation.
About the Role:This is a permanent full-time position that requires a high level of administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing day-to-day activities, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Human Resources: Train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Support for Youth: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans, offers workshops, counselling services, and other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce, and supports Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination, provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, and offers phased retirement options that allow mature workers to gradually reduce their workload.
- Supports for Visible Minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
