Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless communication among departments, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of various departments, including HR, finance, and administrative tasks.
- Schedule Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on important tasks.
- Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping and retrieval.
- Answer Enquiries: Respond promptly to employee inquiries, provide guidance on company policies and procedures, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution or a corporate setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time-off policy.
