Business Operations Coordinator

PVR FIBERS is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent role that offers 35 hours of work per week.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional who can oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and possess strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
In addition, the Business Operations Coordinator will co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will perform data entry, train staff, and resolve conflict situations. Finally, they will oversee payroll administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role
