Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the management team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain accurate inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and systems.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a business operations or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Working Conditions
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Free parking available on site.
  • 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • English language requirement.
