Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their successful execution.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise other workers to promote teamwork and accountability.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to standardize business operations.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to streamline tasks.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and interactions.
  • Manage contracts to maintain compliance and optimize business outcomes.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to provide prompt communication.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate resources.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to facilitate business trips.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to improve organization.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to store and retrieve essential information.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role or industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
