By accelerating product creation and treatment development, we strive to achieve breakthroughs like the rapid development of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.

In this strategic role, you will collaborate with the CEO to establish and grow revenue-generating business units, building a sales and marketing organization that aligns with GENAIZ's revenue targets and growth objectives.

To excel, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate expertise in significantly increasing revenues in start-up technology companies while developing strong marketing and sales teams
  • Effectively communicate complex technological products to various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to interact with executives and influence sales processes at all levels
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are required
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and support team members
  • Maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and reliability
  • Exercise good judgment, initiative, and proactivity
  • Analytical skills to collect, control, and interpret information for informed decision-making

We seek candidates with similar experience in technology start-ups, an MBA degree, and supervisory experience leading large teams. A thorough understanding of data-driven business decisions and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
