Strategic Revenue Optimization Specialist

The Strategic Revenue Optimization Specialist will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue expansion by leveraging strategic insight and data-driven analytics.
As a member of the Revenue Management Team, this individual will work closely with regional sales leads and operations teams to optimize revenues, maximize simulator utilization, and enhance business practices.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Leading demand sessions to identify opportunities or emerging risks.
- Developing and maintaining market data models to analyze and forecast revenues based on macro trends.
- Providing insights into opportunities to grow market share and addressable market.
- Concatenating hypothesis around innovations, pricing, discount management, simulator downtimes, and sales initiatives to generate assumption-based forecasts.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present insights and recommendations to management via reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth and optimize business practices.
