We are a renowned food company with 16 production lines across six factories, employing over 2000 individuals. Our portfolio includes top brands like Al Marai, OK, Juicy Up, and Royal, specializing in meats, fruits, jams, juices, and canned goods.

Your Role:

As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will contribute to our success by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, developing growth strategies, and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through new markets, partnerships, and innovative products.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Growth Strategies: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth plans.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Research and Analysis: Strong research and analysis skills to generate leads and conduct market analysis.
  • Cold Calling: Proficient in cold calling techniques to establish new connections.
  • CRM Software: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
