Strategic Account Growth Manager

About the OpportunityThis hybrid role combines virtual and in-office work flexibility, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll be part of a diverse team with backgrounds in account management, broking, claims advocacy, risk engineering, and specialty broking.
Key Responsibilities- Retain and grow existing client accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and developing new revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate Aon resources to bring the best solutions to each client.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
- AMF license in commercial insurance or willingness to obtain one.
- Bilingualism (English and French) in both written and spoken communication.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience.
Aon provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. We also offer a diverse and inclusive work environment, continuous learning opportunities, and a commitment to work-life balance.
