- Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and that the office is well-equipped to meet its operational needs.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring that all documents and records are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring that they are error-free and professionally presented.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
