Supervisor, Car Wash Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Horizon Autobody Collision Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our car wash department.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of car wash staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of car wash staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the department runs smoothly.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the department operates within budget.
- Service Development: Identify opportunities to improve services and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a car wash or related industry
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
