Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand and achieve business objectives.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Hire, train, and supervise a team of car wash technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to follow, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the car wash facility and attract new customers.
  • Quality Control
    • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the car wash facility meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a car wash or automotive detailing facility.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
